camping2020 UUCH Memorial Weekend camping trip at Hyco Lake – It’s not too soon to plan!!
Non-campers can join campers for lake day use Sunday 24 and a church potluck at 2:00 in shelter #2.  Potluck sign up genius for dish to share will be available in May.
A group tent camping area has been reserved for May 23 and 24 nights, depart May 25, at a cost of $2 per person per night. The group tent camping site area is a walk-in site (about 5 minute walk from parking lot, but can drive in to load/unload), and is very private and away from other facilities (restrooms, RV sites and cabins, swimming area)  and has a very nice firepit with benches. There is no water or electricity at the site, and no dogs allowed at the group site.  Please RSVP to Lorri for group site camping.
Additionally for non-tent campers, the campground has cabins, RV sites, and individual tent sites available (rough estimate 1/4 mile from group tent site).
If you would like to camp but not at the group tent area, make your reservation soon since there still are RV sites and cabins available.  Let Lorri know of your attendance and site.
For information, contact Lorri Drozdyk at lorripeacetoyou@gmail.com and/or the campground at http://www.hycolake.org/.
