Jewish Unitarian Universalists of Hillsborough (JUUH)

At UUCH, we honor several Jewish holidays throughout the year. Our holiday events are always free and open to the public. You do not need to be Jewish or Unitarian Universalist to enjoy or participate in our celebrations. Here is what you can expect in 2026:

Feb 1 Feb 8 at 2pm – Tu B’Shvat (The New Year of the Trees) [Note: Postponed due to weather]

March 1 at 11:30am – Purim

Apr 4 at 4pm – Vegan Passover Seder – RSVP for Passover

• Celebrate Passover with us on April 4, 2026 at 4pm at UUCH (1710 Old NC 10, Hillsborough, NC). This event will likely go until 7pm.
• This event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome. RSVPs are appreciated so that we may plan how many tables to set up.
• You are invited (but not required) to bring a vegan dish to share. This means no animal products at all, including meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, and honey. Please label all ingredients for the benefit of those adhering to dietary restrictions.

Aug 16 at noon – Rosh Hashanah LaBehemot (The New Year of the Animals)
